Initial Naturopathic Consultation

Your first consultation is an opportunity to tell your story, discuss your health concerns and explore what may be contributing to the symptoms you're experiencing.

We'll review your health history, current symptoms, lifestyle, nutrition and relevant test results to build a clearer picture of your health.

Together, we'll identify priorities and develop a personalised plan, which may include nutritional guidance, lifestyle strategies, herbal medicine and appropriate investigations where indicated.

Review Naturopathic Consultation

Your health journey doesn't end with your first appointment.

Review consultations allow us to assess your progress, discuss changes in your symptoms and refine your personalised plan as your needs evolve.

We'll review what's working, address any challenges and determine the next steps in your care.

Review appointments are also available for existing clients who need further guidance, a protocol review or support with new health concerns.

Duration: 30 minutes, or as specified when booking.
