Naturopathic Consultation Your naturopathic consultation is a dedicated one-on-one space to explore your health concerns in depth and understand why your symptoms are occurring — not just how to manage them. We take the time to discuss your current health, hormonal patterns, digestion, energy, sleep, stress, nutrition, lifestyle, and relevant health history. This holistic view allows us to identify underlying imbalances and contributing factors affecting how you feel day to day. You will receive a personalised, evidence-based plan using natural therapies tailored specifically to you. This may include targeted nutrition, herbal medicine, and practical lifestyle strategies designed to fit into real life — so change feels supportive and achievable, not overwhelming. Most importantly, this consultation is about clarity. You’ll leave feeling heard, informed, and confident in the next steps of your health journey, with guidance focused on restoring balance, improving energy, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
Cancellation Policy
Hābu Health Cancellation Policy At Hābu Health, we deeply value your time and our commitment to your wellbeing. To ensure all clients receive the care and support they need, we kindly ask you to honour the following cancellation guidelines: Cancellations & Rescheduling 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any fee. Why this matters Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When you cancel late or don’t show, we miss the opportunity to support another person who may need help. We understand that life sometimes throws unexpected things your way—especially in the middle of horse rugs, hormones and hay bales.
