Cancellation Policy

Hābu Health Cancellation Policy At Hābu Health, we deeply value your time and our commitment to your wellbeing. To ensure all clients receive the care and support they need, we kindly ask you to honour the following cancellation guidelines: Cancellations & Rescheduling 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any fee. Why this matters Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When you cancel late or don’t show, we miss the opportunity to support another person who may need help. How to Cancel You can cancel or reschedule your appointment by: Logging into your booking link: habu-health.simplecliniconline.com/diary Or by contacting me directly at least 24 hours prior to your session. We understand that life sometimes throws unexpected things your way—especially in the middle of horse rugs, hormones and hay bales.
