This appointment is for: Reviewing the results of any functional testing (DUTCH, HTMA, Microba, DNA Nutrigenomics) Checking in on how your current plan is working and adjusting where needed Existing clients who need a proper catch-up rather than a quick message back and forth What we'll cover If you've had testing done, we'll go through your results together and I'll explain what they mean for you in plain language — not just a list of numbers. If this is a general check-in, we'll look at how you've been tracking since your last consult and fine-tune your plan from there. What happens after You'll leave with a clear next step — whether that's an adjustment to your herbal medicine and supplements, a refined lifestyle strategy, or simply confirmation that you're on the right track.
Cancellation Policy
Hābu Health Cancellation Policy At Hābu Health, we deeply value your time and our commitment to your wellbeing. To ensure all clients receive the care and support they need, we kindly ask you to honour the following cancellation guidelines: Cancellations & Rescheduling 24 hours' notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or missed appointments (no-shows) will incur a 50% cancellation fee. Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours’ notice will not incur any fee. Why this matters Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When you cancel late or don’t show, we miss the opportunity to support another person who may need help. We understand that life sometimes throws unexpected things your way—especially in the middle of horse rugs, hormones and hay bales.
